The Truth Shall Make You Free

Abide in My Word
And be My disciples, indeed
You shall know the truth
And to freedom it shall lead.

Are you bound, My child
For a future unsure
Are you bound by things
That to Me are impure?

If the answer to these questions
You do affirm
The knowledge is in My Word
And there I will confirm.

It is the knowledge of truth
That you must come to know
The knowledge will make you free
So away from sin you will go.

He who commits sin
Is to sin a slave
Upon the cross I died
And My life for you I gave.

I died for your freedom
For a life to abide in Me
You shall know the truth
And the truth shall set you free.
